Who Am I

As a trauma-informed coach, my approach is shaped by both personal experiences and professional training. My own journeys of burnout and self-discovery unfolded over a 10+ year corporate career in management consulting and tech policy across the SWANA region and the UK. Having grown up in the SWANA region and now living in London, I bring a nuanced understanding of how these distinct cultures influence mental health, offering a truly embedded Global Majority perspective.

I’m walking my own healing path (a journey that, as we all know, never truly ends), held safe spaces for those fleeing war, and trained with master teachers to cultivate a steady, supportive presence while helping uncover the root causes of patterns.

I am a former corporate employee, turned into mental health advocate and practitioner who guides individuals to re-connect with their mind, body, and soul while honouring cultural nuances

What Sets Me Apart

I bridge the worlds of high-pressure corporate environments and embodied, trauma-informed wellbeing. Having spent years in management consulting and tech policy and trust & safety roles at global firms, I understand the realities of performance culture, complexity, and chronic stress from the inside.

What sets my work apart is how practical and embodied it is. I don’t offer surface-level wellbeing or quick fixes. I bring science-backed, nervous-system-aware tools that help individuals and teams build real capacity, regulate stress, and relate to pressure with more choice and agency.

This work isn’t just about preventing burnout. It’s about creating the conditions for sustainable wellbeing -where clarity, creativity, and meaningful engagement can actually emerge and be maintained over time.

Modernity has put us in a trance of separation. Ceremony helps me remember how to be part of the whole again.

  • "It has been a pleasure collaborating with Collective Circles to support displaced Sudanese women changemakers. They demonstrated a deep understanding of the gravity of the situation on the ground and tailored each workshop to meet the specific needs of participants in every mission. The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the facilitators' exceptional ability to listen, provide support, and deliver culturally attuned and creative workshops that effectively address their needs." -

  • "Guided meditation and mindfulness with Suzan was amazing"

—Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, attended by 132 staff members

  • "Suzan did an incredible job leading us through two workshops over 2025, one for activists on mental health, and the other an interactive somatic practice at the Horniman Museum. In both times, she brought us into the space with intentionality and continued to act as an anchor as we explored sensitive and difficult topics throughout the workshops. Her activities were fantastic for attendees who were new to any form of somatic experiencing, keeping them accessible but still very effective. The feedback we received on the workshops were fantastic, and a real community was formed by the attendees, thanks to Suzan’s incredible skills in creating connection and safe vulnerability."

    —Hekayyatna

  • Suzan quickly grasped the knowledge required to co-create and successfully lead an 8-week mindfulness initative. The feedback from all the sessions across the weeks were very positive and I'm looking forward to working with her in the future.
