Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
— Rumi

You were never meant to shrink yourself. And you were never meant to live your life based on your past…

This is a space where you transmute your limits into agency & choice - intentionally.

All you need is: Willingness & Choice

You don’t need to be fixed, and you don’t need the “right time.” You need a body that feels safe enough to trust itself, move at the speed of safety, and choose differently. I’m a culturally-informed and trauma-informed coach supporting you to understand your patterns, shift survival responses, and transform your desires into lived reality - because your desires aren’t random. They’re sacred.

I work at the intersection of integrative psychotherapy, energetics, nervous system regulation, and practical systems, so transformation becomes embodied…not just understood or performed.

  • This is for you if you need a reset, grounding, and clearer direction. No, it’s not another spiral, not another overthinking loop, not another “I’ll do it later.” It’s for when you’re ready to cut through the noise, get out of your head, back into your body, and actually move.

We work with what’s really keeping you stuck - mindset, nervous system patterns, somatic blocks, and the emotional and energetic layers that quietly shape your choices. Not to analyse forever, but to shift what matters so you can do the things you already know you’re meant to do.

    How it works:
You get one 90-minute deep-dive session tailored to you, followed by 10 days of direct access for personalised support, integration, and refinement. So, the change doesn’t fade when the call ends; it actually lands in your life.

  • This mentorship isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to what’s already true inside you, at the speed of trust and at the speed of safety. It’s for when you’re ready to stop performing change and start actually living it.

It’s called Becoming because this work isn’t about perfection or arrival. It’s about the courage to go inward, sit with discomfort, and let personal freedom emerge. Rooted in ecopsychotherapy and guided by the intelligence of nature, this mentorship unfolds over a full season…because deep change needs space, rhythm, and time.

We work across the mental, emotional, psychic, and physical layers, helping you build habits, structures, and ways of living that actually align with your nervous system. The result isn’t pressure-driven transformation, but grounded, sustainable change you can live with, not just talk about.

Only 3 spots per season. More info here!

  • I offer culturally-informed and tailored programmes or one-off workshops for companies, organisations, events, and retreats - grounded in nervous system regulation, somatic practice, meditation, and trauma-informed psychology. • Imagine a tribe in the desert gathering around a bonfire — brewing tea, singing, reflecting, and holding one another in spirit. That is the essence of this community.

We meet every month on the second Tuesday, where we simply come together. Sometimes we chat, sometimes we reflect, and sometimes we arrive having watched a film or read something that inspired us.

At the heart of it all is the human longing for community — to be seen, to be heard, and to be held.

    Welcoming you in…

“Suzan consistently facilitates through the love of her heart. I felt her passion and care throughout the session. She genuinely loves what she does, and it's felt by those who attend her spaces."

— MA, UK | Workshop

“I love participating in any event organised or space held by Suzan. She has a very peaceful and calm presence and I always feel serenity when I listen to her soothing voice. While concentrating on her words and following her guidance I can feel my anxiety melting away.”

— RA, UK | Workshop

“I was looking forward to the year-end session with Suzan, and it exceeded expectations. She creates space for me to speak and explore my blind spots, yet skillfully brings the conversation back on track when I digress. Suzan helped me gain perspective and set realistic, achievable expectations in areas where I was struggling. I highly recommend a session with her for a clear, grounded reflection on what you achieved in 2025 and a focused outlook for 2026.”

— SE, UAE | 1:1 Consultation

“I loved Suzie’s gentle, deep, and reflective approach to guiding us in creating a vision for the next version of ourselves. The guided visualization helped me uncover things I wasn’t consciously aware of. The journey from visualization, to reflecting on our current lives, to understanding how our brains work, and finally creating our goals and embodied vision boards felt grounded, inspiring, and deeply insightful."

— RT, Egypt | Workshop

“شكرا كتير الك ، I have generalized anxiety Disorder and these meditation exercises help a lot”

— HJ | Podcast Listener

“Suzan, this was one of the best forms of release. I honestly don't know how to thank you enough. Every piece we integrated was so fun and refreshing, I truly, trulyyyy enjoyed every piece! Hmmm, thank you so much, I slept a lot afterwards & I feel myself slowly returning. I don't think I ever cried this much in a session before and felt so sooo held and whole.”

— GS, Egypt | 1:1 Consultation

“I was very happy to join Suzi’s Embodied Vision Planning workshop yesterday. I found it incredibly insightful and eye-opening. What stood out to me most was Suzi’s approach, asking the right questions and taking a different route by focusing not just on what we can do, but on how we perceive. The main takeaway from the session was how it made me feel: grounded and safe, and I walked away with so much to reflect on. I can’t wait for the next sessions!”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Somatics and embodiment are about working with the body as part of healing and change — not just the mind. It’s the understanding that your nervous system, sensations, emotions, and physical responses carry information, memory, and intelligence.

Rather than trying to “think” your way through patterns, somatic and embodied work helps you learn to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and respond to life from a place of safety instead of survival. It’s not about forcing release or dramatic emotional expression. It’s about building awareness, capacity, and trust in your body so change becomes sustainable and lived, not just understood.

  • The 1:1 Intensive is a focused, short-term container designed for clarity, grounding, and redirection. It’s ideal if you need a reset, support with a specific block, decision, or transition, and practical guidance to move forward quickly. It gives you immediate traction and momentum.

The 3-Month Mentorship (Becoming) is a deeper, slower, relational process. It’s designed for integration, long-term change, and identity-level shifts. This work unfolds over time, allowing space for nervous system regulation, grief, patterning, embodiment, and sustainable habit-building. It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about structural change in how you live, relate, and choose.

    In simple terms:
The Intensive supports movement and redirection.
The Mentorship supports transformation and integration.

  • Working with me is grounded, relational, and human. It’s not performative healing, forced positivity, or spiritual bypassing. It’s honest, trauma-informed, embodied, and paced with you.

You’ll be met with clarity and compassion, structure and softness, depth and practicality. We work with your nervous system and defences, not against them. There’s space for grief, uncertainty, resistance, and complexity, alongside agency, direction, and growth.
This is about re-instating safety and empowering you with choice.
